Sandeep opened the original studio in Sector 35 on a simple conviction: tired feet deserve attentive care, not a rushed twenty minutes.

In 2018 there was no foot spa in Chandigarh that treated the foot as a craft rather than an add-on. There was a lot of twenty-minute reflexology bolted onto the end of a salon appointment, given by whoever was free.

So the first room was built around a single idea: draw the soak before the guest sits down, put a cup in their hands, ask about pressure, and then take as long as the treatment actually needs. Remove the clock from the guest’s line of sight, and let the therapist keep the time.

Fifteen thousand visits later, that has not changed — and it is the only reason five studios feel like one. Every new room is opened by therapists trained in the Sector 35 room, on the same soaks, the same linen routine, the same two unhurried minutes of consultation before anyone is touched.

What has changed is the menu. Guests kept asking for the head massage after the foot ritual, so the combo became the most-booked hour on the board. They asked for a proper body room, so there is one, with disposables laid out before you walk in. They asked to be able to book at 10 PM on a Tuesday, so we stay open until eleven.

The kettle goes on before your shoes come off. Your warm soak is drawn, and tea or house coffee is served first.
Consult
Two unhurried minutes on pressure, problem areas, and whether you would rather talk or not talk.
The ritual
Practised hands, no clock in view. Duration is yours; the therapist keeps the time so you do not have to.
Drift
Warm towels, dimmed light, no rush to leave. Guests routinely fall asleep. We consider that a five-star review.
