By booking a treatment with Foot Spa Cafe & Salon you agree to the following.
Bookings
A booking is a request until we confirm it. You will receive an email when we accept it, and we will call if a slot has become unavailable. Prices shown online are the same prices charged at the desk; there is no online premium.
We hold your slot for fifteen minutes past the appointment time. After that, the therapist may be reassigned and the remaining time shortened so the following guest is not delayed.
Arrival
Please arrive ten minutes early. Treatments begin at the booked time; a late arrival shortens the treatment rather than extending the booking.
Changes and cancellations
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to two hours before your appointment, from your confirmation email or the Track Booking page. Inside two hours we ask that you call the studio. Repeated same-day no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
Health
Tell us before your treatment if you are pregnant, have high or low blood pressure, a heart condition, diabetes, varicose veins, recent surgery, a skin infection, an open wound, or an allergy to nuts or essential oils. Some rituals will be modified; a few we will decline, and we will explain why. Our treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing and are not medical treatment or a substitute for it.
Children and guests
Guests under sixteen must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and we will suggest a shorter, gentler ritual. Please keep phones on silent in treatment areas.
Therapist preference
We will match a requested therapist or a requested gender wherever staffing allows, and we will tell you at the time of booking if we cannot.
Pricing and tax
Prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise on your invoice, include GST at the applicable rate. Chemical salon services are quoted at the desk after a consultation, because length and condition change the work required.
Elite Club membership
Membership balance is prepaid and credited with the bonus value stated at purchase. It is linked to your registered mobile number, usable at all five studios, transferable to whoever you send in with it, and carries lifetime validity subject to these terms. Membership balance is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable. Chemical salon services are excluded from bonus-value spending. Appointments are required to use membership balance; members receive booking priority. We may revise membership terms for future purchases, never retrospectively for balance already bought.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for twelve months from purchase unless a longer period is printed on the card, are usable against any service, are not redeemable for cash, and are not replaceable if the code is lost and cannot be verified.
Personal belongings
Please keep valuables with you. We provide secure space where we can, but we cannot accept liability for items left in treatment rooms or the waiting area.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the treatment booked. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.
