How does the Elite Club balance work?
You top up a prepaid balance and receive bonus value on top — for example, pay ₹10,000 and receive ₹13,000 to spend. The balance is drawn down as you visit, and it works across all five studios.
How long is my Elite Club membership valid?
There is no monthly expiry — the balance carries lifetime validity, subject to our published terms. It is linked to your registered mobile number and can be used by whoever you send in with it.
Terms in plain words
- Membership is paid in advance and credited to your balance immediately.
- The balance is linked to your registered mobile number.
- Appointments are required to use membership balance; members receive priority on evening slots.
- Transferable — whoever you send in with your number may use it.
- Lifetime validity, subject to our published terms.
- Chemical salon services (keratin, colour, extensions) are excluded from bonus-value spending.
- Balance is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- We may revise terms for future purchases, never retrospectively for balance already bought.
